Who is responsible for what and when?

The following schedule shows which tasks must be completed and when you will be informed by email as soon as you need to complete a task in C@MPUS.

Modules and examinations

Summer semester 2025

  • Module development period: ends on Apr. 03, 2025
  • Period for submitting examination modes and examination durations for the coming semester: Feb. 12 - Apr. 03, 2025
  • Period for registering examiners: Feb. 12 - Apr. 24, 2025

Winter semester 2025/26

  • Module development period: ends on Oct. 03, 2025
  • Period for submitting examination modes and examination durations for the coming semester: Aug. 07 - Oct. 03, 2025
  • Period for registering examiners: Aug. 07 -  Oct. 20, 2025

Summer semester 2026

  • Module development period: ends on Apr. 02, 2026
  • Period for submitting examination modes and examination durations for the coming semester: Feb. 11 - Apr. 02, 2026
  • Period for registering examiners: Feb. 11 - Apr. 23, 2026

Summer semester 2025

  • Period for notifying how exams will be organized (should the exam be organized centrally or decentrally) for the current semester: Apr. 01- May 06, 2025
  • Deadline for recording grades for the previous semester: May 05, 2025

Winter semester 2025/26

  • Period for notifying how exams will be organized (should the exam be organized centrally or decentrally) for the current semester: Oct. 01- Nov 10, 2025
  • Deadline for recording grades for the previous semester: Nov. 03, 2025

Summer semester 2026

  • Period for notifying how exams will be organized (should the exam be organized centrally or decentrally) for the current semester: Apr. 01- May 05, 2026
  • Deadline for recording grades for the previous semester: May 04, 2026

Exam period for decentrally organized examinations for the current semester: No fixed period; examiner determines examination date and location him/herself.

  • Course planning period: Nov. 11, 2024  - Feb. 09, 2025
  • Start of period for booking individual appointments:  Feb. 10, 2025

Winter semester 2025/2026

  • Course planning period: May 12, 2025  - Aug 01, 2025
  • Start of period for booking individual appointments: Aug. 04, 2025

Summer semester 2026

  • Course planning period: Nov. 10, 2025  - Feb. 08, 2026
  • Start of period for booking individual appointments:  Feb. 09, 2026

FÜSQ course planning period

  • Summer semester 2025: ends on Feb. 01, 2025
  • Winter semester 2025/26: ends on August 01, 2025
  • Summer semester 2026: ends on Feb. 01, 2026

  • Course catalog released: Feb. 10, 2025
  • Course registration begins (standard date): Feb. 17, 2025
  • Key competencies (SQ) registration begins: End of February/beginning of March (probably: Feb. 24, 2025)

Winter semester 2025/2026

  • Course catalog released: Aug. 4, 2025
  • Course registration begins (standard date):  Aug. 11, 2025
  • Key competencies (SQ) registration begins: End of August/ beginning of September 2025

Summer semester 2026

  • Course catalog released: Feb. 09, 2026
  • Course registration begins (standard date): Feb. 16, 2026
  • Key competencies (SQ) registration begins: End of February/beginning of March
