C@MPUS documentation for employees

Instructions for selection committees (Bachelor's 1st semester with NC), admissions committees (Master's), and examination committees: Classification into higher academic semesters for Bachelor's programs (including review of right to admission to examination) and review of right to admission to examination for enrollment.

The processing and evaluation of applications, admissions, and enrollments take place in C@MPUS. On this page, you will find all the relevant applications and instructions related to this topic.

General information

Application procedures typically begin in mid-May for the winter semester and in early December for the summer semester.

The application deadline for restricted-admission Bachelor’s programs (1st and higher semesters) and most Master’s programs is July 15 for the winter semester and January 15 for the summer semester. For study programs without restricted admission, the application deadline is September 15 for the winter semester and March 15 for the summer semester (higher semesters only).

Admissions to restricted-admission programs occur after the selection procedures have been completed. Open-admission programs are processed on a rolling basis, depending on current processing status.

The registration deadline depends on the procedure and is stated in the letter of admission.
