The student view and that of the employees in C@MPUS differ. There are different apps and views. Study program managers also have the option of switching to the student view of a test student via the "switch to test user" app.
If you would like to use this option, please contact C@MPUS support and request that this function be set up.
The C@MPUS instructions for students can also be helpful for advising and supporting students:
Step 1: Call up the list of test users
If you have requested that this function be set up, click on the “switch to test user” app on the C@MPUS start page. There you will find a selection of test students who are “studying” different degree programs. Select a user from the list of test users and click on “Select”.
Step 2: Log in as a test user
Log in as a designated test user. If you click “Continue,” a new browser tab will open, and you will be logged in as a test user. You will now see the start page for students and can click through the individual apps.
Step 3: Switch back to your own profile
While in the student profile, you will not have access to your employee applications or associated access rights.
To return to your profile, switch to the tab entitled “Profile switch [...]” in the browser tabs.
You can switch back to your employee profile here. Some test users also have a basic user profile. The basic user profile is used for student applications and allows access to the applicant view.
Alternatively, you can log out as the test user and log back in using your own credentials.
