Checking Scheduling Compatibility (Instructions)

C@MPUS documentation for employees

Checking the scheduling compatibility of courses from different study programs (studyability check) and editing recommended semesters in the study program view.

The function check scheduling compatibility is used to check the studyability of the course. It is possible to check for scheduling conflicts across different study programs to determine if courses occur at the same time.

Step 1: Calling up the app and adding study programs

Open the “All Study Programs” app at university level and click on Check Scheduling Compatibility overlaps in the menu ribbon at the top left.

Click the "Add" button and select at least two study programs from the drop-down menu and confirm your selection.

FAQs on Module Management

In order to see and use certain applications in C@MPUS, your authorizations must be recorded in C@MPUS. You can only access the relevant applications if your role(s) or authorization(s) are correctly recorded in C@MPUS. Please take a look at the overview of your authorizations in C@MPUS. There, you will find a list of the individual sections (rooms. examinations, courses, modules) and an overview of which roles have which authorizations. Then check whether the required authorizations have been entered correctly in the "Roles" app. If this is not the case, please contact the contact persons listed there to clarify your request.
