Projects, projects, projects! The number of projects at our university is constantly rising. At the same time, successful project management requires a wide range of skills. Acquire and expand these skills in the e-learning module ‘Crash Course Project Management’.
Developed by project management experts, the course offers content that is suitable for both beginners and experienced project managers. It provides professional project management methods and a fundamental introduction to their practical application. The methods presented comply with the international IPMA® standard.
The e-learning module covers all phases of a project and addresses the following topics:
- Requirements and objectives
- Project launch
- Project design: classic vs. agile
- Defining performance and organising implementation
- Process and schedule planning
- Resource planning
- Cost planning
- Project completion
The average time required to complete the course is five hours. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of participation.
We encourage all employees involved in projects to deepen their skills in the e-learning module. Register now via Ilias. You will receive your login details by email within a week. You will then have three months to complete the course and final test.
