The exercises include strengthening, stretching and relaxation exercises, especially for the shoulder, neck and back muscles, and can be carried out in everyday clothing.
You have the opportunity to meet up online with your colleagues for a 20-minute exercise break on two days a week. Select your preferred day when booking (Tuesday 10:30 to 10:50 or Wednesday 13:30 to 13:50) or book both days. It is not necessary to register for individual dates. Feel free to decide in which week and on which day you would like to take part.
You will receive the access data for the two weekly Webex meetings with the registration confirmation by e-mail (one Webex link for all Tuesday meetings and one Webex link for all Wednesday meetings).
