Start of the Module Processing Phase
When the semester is transferred, the most important information from the previous year (transfer is always from winter semester to winter semester and summer semester to summer semester) is transferred and displayed in the “My Modules” app.
The module coordinators and their representatives are informed by circular email that the module and examination organization phase is about to begin. This email contains the most important key data and information for the submission of/changes to new module descriptions as well as the handling of examination organization and planning. The email is sent out at the beginning of February for the summer semester and at the beginning of August for the winter semester.
All relevant deadlines and appointments can be found on the page Organization of Studies and Teaching.

Roles and Authorizations - Who Can Do What in C@MPUS?
Depending on what administrative authorizations you hold in C@MPUS, you may not have access to certain apps or submodules. If you cannot access certain apps, it is important to check in C@MPUS to ensure that you have been granted the necessary authorizations.
You can only view and edit the respective modules if you are registered as a module supervisor. Alternatively, if a module description is to be posted by someone other than the person responsible for the module in the system, such as another individual, that person must first be registered as an authorized person or their representative [de]. Only then are such entries possible in C@MPUS.
Below you will find an overview of the authorizations required for module management and where you can request any missing authorizations.
