The RISE workshop series of the Elements4Founding project is entering its fourth round with the topic “Teamwork Essentials - Working in Agile Teams”. Together with experienced coaches from Young Entrepreneurs in Science, everything revolves around team dynamics in the modern working world.
In this module, you will learn the most important details that make for successful collaboration. Under the guidance of experts from the Falling Walls Foundation's Young Entrepreneurs in Science Initiative, you will discuss your idea or current (research) project and your experiences in teamwork. The workshop offers you the opportunity to reflect on your personal skills in a research or business team. As a highlight, we welcome Stefan Ferber, co-founder of Treeo, to the workshop, who will talk about his experiences of founding a company and will be available for an open Q&A session.
For your participation in this workshop you will receive 0.25 LP via the Graduate Academy (GRADUS) after the end of the workshop series RISE IV.

Elements4Founding is a project of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI) at the University of Stuttgart. The aim of the project is to develop a holistic, sustainable approach to sensitize and qualify PhD students and post-docs for the topic of entrepreneurship over the project period between 2022 and 2025.
