Understanding and prioritizing customer needs is crucial for transforming your research into impactful innovations. This workshop focuses on customer centricity, guiding you in developing viable and sustainable business models. Together with experts from the Transfer Center (TRACES), you'll gain the tools needed to create customer-focused business strategies.

Workshop Focus:

  • Emphasizing customer-centric approaches in business model development
  • Exploring how to align your technology transfer or startup goals with customer needs
  • Learning about value creation through various business model patterns using the St. Gallen Business Model Navigator

Objectives:

  • Acquire knowledge on developing and adapting business models
  • Understand customer value: What is the value of your idea to potential customers?
  • Gain insights into funding opportunities to support the implementation of your ideas

This workshop is an integral part of the RISE series - a joint initiative by Elements4Founding, supported by the Vector Foundation, and QCLUB, funded by the BMBF as part of the QSENS cluster for future, at the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI).
