We are meeting at ARENA2036 for this workshop. It's all about concrete project plans - how can I prioritize topics, when is the right time for which step, who is responsible for which things in our team and how can we make initial successes visible and measurable? Together with experts, we will give you the necessary orientation for the first steps towards a spin-off.

Goals

  • Learn to prioritize topics within your own work
  • Gain insights into the possible distribution of roles and responsibilities
  • Gain knowledge about possible metrics for a successful startup foundation

For your participation in this workshop you will receive 0.25 LP via the Graduate Academy (GRADUS) after the end of the workshop series RISE IV.
