Conflicts arise wherever people are present, and they are an integral part of both professional and private life. However, many individuals have not learned a constructive approach to handling conflicts. Some may be hesitant to address disruptions and silently suffer, while others react impulsively and inappropriately. Nevertheless, in every conflict lies an opportunity to better understand others with their goals, desires, and
needs. Participants will learn how to recognize tensions early on, address them openly, and resolve them in a way that benefits all parties involved. Through numerous exercises, a constructive approach to handling conflicts will be acquired.
Participants will learn:

- How conflicts can be nipped in the bud and prevented.
- The various types of conflicts that exist.
- Which unfavorable behavioral patterns escalate conflicts.
- How to deal constructively with conflicts.
