Participants reflect on their own attitudes, examine the effectiveness of their previous feedback practices and expand their scope for action.\n\nLearn how to use feedback in a targeted manner to promote development processes – individually, team-related and culturally.\nDiscover the role of attitude, context and timing in the effectiveness of feedback – especially in challenging or recurring situations.\nDifferentiate between feedback for orientation, activation or confrontation – and consciously choose the appropriate mode.\nSharpen your understanding of leadership as a responsibility for development – even where change is uncomfortable or meets with resistance.\n\nThis format makes feedback a strategic tool in everyday leadership. Participants gain confidence in dealing with difficult feedback situations, recognise patterns in their own effectiveness and strengthen their role as catalysts for change.
