Welcome to the University of Stuttgart! We’re excited to have you join our community of about 5,500 employees working together in a dynamic and high-performing university environment.
Our Welcome Day is designed to help you get oriented and feel at home from day one. You’ll get an overview of how the university is organized, key workflows, and our main strategic priorities.
We’ll also show you how your role connects with central service units and introduce the support services available across the university.
The event is a great opportunity to meet fellow new colleagues, start building your network, and connect across departments.
Please note:
- We’ll start informally at 9:00 AM with coffee and pretzels, followed by the formal program at 9:30 AM.
- The event will be held in German, but English slides will be provided throughout. International employees are very welcome to attend.
