In this highly interactive one-day workshop, participants learn how to lead meetings with clarity, confidence, and structure. We explore when meetings are truly necessary, why they often drift off-track, and what distinguishes an effective moderator from a passive meeting host. Through practical exercises, you will learn how to define clear

goals, set meaningful ground rules, and guide communication in a structured, persuasive way. We also address how to handle challenging participants with professionalism and ease, and how to capture results in a sharp, useful meeting protocol. By the end of the day, each participant develops an individual action plan to directly apply the methods in their daily work.
