Career Compass science is a new career strategy program from GRADUS for advanced doctoral students and postdocs who want to systematically approach their individual career development and experience concrete progress.
For those interested, there will be an information session on February 1st at 13 pm via Webex
About the Career Compass:
The Career Compass is available with a focus on science and business.
In a fixed group of twelve participants each, they go through all the key stages on the way to their dream job in six months - from determining their position and developing their prospects, career planning with job search or individual or project-related third-party funding, to designing application folders, profile building and visibility, to preparing for selection processes in science or business, everything is offered.
