Basic and advanced training to become an in-house first aider

Know what to do in an emergency – first aid measures can save lives.

This course serves as both basic and advanced training. The course comprises 9 teaching units of 45 minutes each. Once training has been completed, the first aider must be nominated by the immediate superior. This course should be attended again after two years.

At the end of the course, you will know what to do

  • if someone is unconscious (e.g. recovery position, helmet removal)
  • if someone is not breathing (e.g. cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
  • if someone has “chest problems” (e.g. in the event of a heart attack)
  • if someone has been injured (e.g. stopping dangerous bleeding)
  • and much more

Registration March 12, 2026  Registration October 20, 2026
