This short session includes gentle strengthening, stretching and relaxation exercises focused on the neck, shoulders, and back – all of which can be done in everyday work clothes.
Take a quick, energizing break with your coworkers during our two weekly online sessions. You can choose between Mondays from 1:30 to 1:50 PM or Tuesdays from 10:30 to 10:50 AM — or join both if you'd like. There's no need to register for specific dates. Simply pick the day(s) that work best for you each week and drop in whenever it fits your schedule.
Upon registration, you’ll receive the access details for the two weekly Webex sessions by email: one Webex link for all Tuesday meetings, and one link for all Wednesday meetings.
